ABOUT THE LEAGUE

Mission: Creating opportunities for the youth of our community one family memory at a time.

Overview: Safe, fun, and supportive youth flag football for ages 4-12, serving over 2,000 kids each year in South Louisiana.

Service Areas:

Fall Seasons: Pierre Part, Lockport (Central Lafourche), Houma-Thibodaux

Fall, Winter, & Spring Seasons: Houma-Thibodaux only

LEAGUE DIVISIONS (Winter Season: Houma-Thibodaux)

Rec-League: Friendly and inclusive, ideal for all skill levels.

Coaches: Bring up to 4 players for balanced teams (6U coaches can bring up to 8)

Ages 4-12 Accepted: Age Groups (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U)

Game Days: Saturday Mornings (Jan 11 - Feb 26, 2025)

Format: 8 weeks + playoffs

Superbowl Weekend: March 1-2, 2025

Age Cutoff: March 1, 2025

Pro-League: Competitive, club-style experience with full teams allowed.

Ages 7-12 Accepted: Age Groups (8U, 10U, 12U)

Season: Wednesday Nights (Jan 15 - Feb 26, 2025)

Superbowl Weekend: March 1-2, 2025

Age Cutoff: Jan 1, 2025

All-Girls Program: Exclusively for girls, providing an inclusive and supportive environment.

Ages 7-12 Accepted: Age Groups (9U and 12U)

Game Days: Saturdays (Runs alongside the Rec-League)

Focus: Empowerment, skill-building, and fun, non-contact play

Cheerleading Program: For ages 4-12, weekly practices, performing at games.

Winter Registration Deadline: Dec 21, 2024

Game Days: Rec-League - Saturdays | Pro-League - Wednesdays

Format: 8 weeks + single-elimination tournament on March 1-2

Rec-League: $67.50

Pro-League: $67.50

All-Girls League: $37.50

Cheerleading: $57.50

LEAGUE FORMAT & RULES

Game Structure: Two 25-min halves, running clock

Safety: Non-contact play, NFL Flag guidelines enforced by referees

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Pro-League: Competitive teams in a travel-like atmosphere

Cheer Program: Fun and spirit-building for girls of all ages

Thibodaux Regional Sports Complex (Houma-Thibodaux): Fall, Winter, Spring

Veteran’s Park (Pierre Part): Fall

Lockport Recreation (Lockport): Fall

Admission: Charged for adults (cash only); players and kids under 12 enter free
