Our cheer program gives young athletes the opportunity to be part of the game-day experience while building confidence, teamwork, rhythm, and friendships. It is a fun, structured program for girls who want to support teams from the sideline and be part of the excitement of Louisiana Flag Football.

Program Overview

The Louisiana Flag Football Cheerleading Program is designed to introduce young cheerleaders to basic cheer skills, sideline routines, teamwork, and game-day performance.

Cheerleaders will participate in practices and perform during Louisiana Flag Football game days. The program is built to be fun, positive, and age-appropriate while giving each participant the chance to grow in confidence and feel part of a team.

Who Can Register?

The Cheerleading Program is open to girls ages 4–12.

Participants should be ready to learn routines, attend practices, support players during games, and participate in sideline performances throughout the season.

What Registration Includes

Cheer registration includes:

Custom cheer uniform

Pom poms

Custom bows

Sideline cheer performances

Team-based cheer experience

End-of-season recognition

Returning cheerleaders may save $25 if reusing current equipment instead of receiving a new set.

Cheer practices will be scheduled by the cheer program coach.

Specific practice dates, times, and locations will be communicated to parents after registration and team organization are complete.

Performance Details

Performance structure may vary by week depending on the game schedule, field assignments, and program size.

Cheerleaders may also participate in special season-ending or championship weekend recognition opportunities when available.
