Program Details

Flag Football Program

• Age Groups:
  • 6U: 5-6 years old
  • 8U: 7-8 years old
  • 10U: 9-10 years old
  • 12U: 11-12 years old
• Season Dates: March 26, 2025 – May 25, 2025
• Game Days: Wednesday nights
• Location: Thibodaux Regional Sports Complex
• Inclusions: Custom jersey, flag belt, and footballs for practice and games
• Practice Locations: Houma participants will be paired with Houma teams and practice locally.

Cheerleading Program

• Age Range: 5-12 years old
• Season Dates: March 2025 – May 25, 2025
• Performances: Weekly during flag football games and a showcase during Superbowl Weekend
• Inclusions: Custom uniform (top and bottom), pom-poms, and cheer bow
